How to Use:

Step 1: Position the device approximately 3-6cm below the buttocks, with a firm thigh grip to create tension. Keep the heels together and toes separated by 40 degrees.

Step 2: Gradually exert force on the thigh adductor muscles while engaging the inner buttocks and gluteus maximus muscles. Focus on the sensation of closing the wings.

Step 3: Breathe from the bottom of the abdomen for 5 seconds, then slowly inhale and return to the starting position. Aim for 8-12 repetitions per set, imagining the hips injecting power from the bottom up.
